Wilfred Ndidi has said he is not going to be under pressure to play like N ’Golo Kante , when he signs for Leicester City in the January transfer window .
The Premier League champions have already agreed a deal for the Super Eagles midfielder .
Ndidi is expected to play the Kante role when he moves to the King Power Stadium, after the Frenchman left for Chelsea last summer.
“ I don ’t have to be Kante . Kante is Kante . We are different players , ” Ndidi told Leicestermercury .
“ I have my own style of play and I don ’ t want to be under pressure to be another player .
“ I just have to go there (Leicester City ) and play my own game .
“ I am more comfortable in the midfield. I am now more used to playing there than in other positions .”
